The DGNB will for the first time be honouring mixed city districts, existing buildings and master plans for structurally identical buildings in different locations. Awarding of the certificates will take place every day during the trade fair at the DGNB stand and developers' stands.
The awards are to be presented by DGNB Executive Director Dr Christine Lemaitre together with Vice-Presidents Prof. Dr Dr Werner Sobek, Prof. Bernhard Bürklin and founding President Prof. Alexander Rudolphi. This increases the number of buildings which have received awards from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) to more than 250.
