This two-day training course will equip you with the know-how you need to make effective use of the DGNB System for Biodiversity-Promoting Exterior Spaces. You will learn the key factors that play a particularly important role in the certification of exterior spaces around buildings and in urban districts.
To lay a solid foundation, you will be given an introduction to the topic of biodiversity. By looking at examples of exterior spaces that promote diversity, you will learn about the important features of environmental space planning and how these are translated into the DGNB criteria.
This event takes place online and in German.
The Expert Know-How – Biodiversity-Promoting Exterior Spaces course is part of DGNB Biodiversity Manager training, although it can also be booked separately (even without admission restrictions) as a staff training course for any interested parties. That said, we do recommend first attending DGNB System Module 1 (Basics of the DGNB System), as this training requires previous knowledge of the structure of a DGNB criteria set.
The DGNB Biodiversity Manager training course spans three modules (System Module 1, Expert Know-How – Biodiversity-Promoting Exterior Spaces and Certification Know-How – Biodiversity-Promoting Exterior Spaces) and, after successful completion of the exam, qualifies participants to submit projects relating to exterior spaces for DGNB Certification.
